Viresh Fernando the founding principal of Viresh Immigration Law is a proud graduate of Royal Primary School and Royal College, Colombo, Sri Lanka. Viresh migrated to Canada in 1973 and two months later moved to Rochester, New York, where on a full scholarship, Viresh completed a degree in economics from the University of Rochester.
